"The quality of properties offered by
Aurum are of a high standard, they are new or near new, clean, easy to
maintain, sunny, secure, close to all services i.e. shopping
malls, schools and public transport, plus owners have the option of
offering the services of a gardener at a reasonable rate.
"Our clients choose the Aurum properties because they are spacious
family homes, two bathrooms, generous size bedrooms, either two living
areas or open plan living dining areas, double garages, offer good
heating solutions, alarm systems, plus gardening services included in
most of the properties offered, and most importantly they are built to
the sun.
"The majority of our current tenants living in the properties are
either families immigrated from the UK, families who have sold their own homes
