1.1 Terms and conditions binding: These Internet access terms (“Terms”) form a legal contract between Aurum Property Systems Limited and/or Aurum Mortgages (“Aurum”) and you. The Terms govern your use of the Aurum website (“Site”). By accessing the information, products and services contained in the Site, you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

1.2 Availability of Services: The products and services on this site are available to both New Zealand residents and non New Zealand residents. Although for non New Zealand residents the potential tax benefits may not be available and professional Accounting and Legal advice should be taken. This site and the products and services available under this site are subject to the laws of New Zealand for both New Zealand residents and non New Zealand residents.

1.3 Disclosure: Aurum provides this service to you free of charge. Aurum may however receive financial reward from building companies and/or Mortgage Fund Providers in consideration for introducing you to the retail investment property product. By using this website you acknowledge and consent to Aurum receiving those financial rewards.

1.4 Relationship with third parties: Aurum does not act as agent or trustee on behalf of building companies, Mortgage Fund Providers or any property managers and is not responsible for any actions taken by any of those parties. Aurum is a related company of Boxer Financial Services Limited and KSL financial Services Limited. Aurum is a facilitator of investment property services connecting investors introduced by financial advisers with selected building companies who will select land and design and build property to the investors budget. Aurum arranges the mortgage finance to facilitate the purchase. Aurum facilitates the property management and other on going services through outsourced suppliers.

1.14 Privacy: When you submit an online assessment form through our Site, including but not limited to an assessment form for residential investment property, a mortgage lending service form or a full investment and risk management assessment form, you are providing personal information. We will collect this information for the purpose of keeping in contact with you and determining your eligibility for certain services we offer.

Aurum is the intended recipient of the information you give and is located at Level 2, 79 Cambridge Terrace, PO Box 1344, Christchurch Central. The information provided may be passed onto the appropriate mortgage providers, Boxer Financial Services Limited, the independent financial service providers or financial advisors and any of the property management companies that Aurum deals with. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you authorise us to pass that information to those third parties.

Under the Privacy Act 1993 you are entitled to obtain from us confirmation of whether or not we hold personal information and to have access to that information. You are entitled to request correction of the information and to request that there be attached to the information a statement of the correction sought but not made.
