Originally, when Aurum first commenced in 2001 our preferred builders created eight top quality house plans in consultation with our appointed property management company. These plans were designed specifically for residential rental property investment through Aurum Property Systems Limited. The plans offered a range of unique and distinctive homes from 180m2 through to 300m2 and have met the requirements of our clients and are achieving the goals and objectives set. We have now a variety of plans, specifically prepared for each location, from our several building companies throughout New Zealand.

Aurum can provide investment properties for clients that can double as a retirement home in the future.

Building Your Retirement Home

Aurum have identified "high demand" areas within New Zealand. These areas are the fast-growing areas for retirees, or that lifestyle destination- i.e. Wanaka, Queenstown, Nelson, Tauranga, Kerikeri and Havelock North. The strategy has been to design a land and building package today that can be funded from rent, tax and a partial personal contribution in localities where clients may want to relocate. This presents clients with the opportunities of "reserving" their options through a strategic property investment today.
