Aurum is not a building company, we are a building management system. We offer a complete turnkey* package on a fixed price contract and a managed process from start to completion.

The builder gives an undertaking that the project will be completed within 20 - 24 weeks** from the issue of permit. (This is for a single level house up to 220sq metres). There are no hidden costs.

Standardised plans and specifications

We have a range of 3 and 4 bedroom family homes and plans. We also have a group of approved Architectural Draughtsmen and Architects within our panel who can design for you the home of your choice.

All Aurum home’s have the same exacting specification.

Aurum has secured special pricing and supply commitments from a range of product manufactures or their agents including:

*The expression "turnkey" means the house is fully completed before occupancy, including carpets, drapes, blinds, dishwasher etc and incorporates all driveways, paths, clothesline, TV aerial, letterbox, fences and landscaping.
