Management

Building a new home the stress free way Once you appoint us to manage your building project, you can relax and let us do the rest. The builder, within the Aurum building contract, acknowledges that Aurum is acting as your representative.

The builder

You select the builder from within the Aurum panel of builders. Aurum has criteria which all builders must satisfy before they can be listed on the approved list.

Fixed Pricing

Under the Aurum system there is a fixed pricing structure, which we negotiate on your behalf and the builder accepts it. This fixed price is on the understanding that there are no variations after the selection of the plan, (any variations are at owner's expense and may alter the agreed timetable). Because we use the highest standard of building materials and the most efficient design and building processes, the builder can take pride in the end product whilst enjoying a fair reward.

Financial Management

Finance is arranged either direct with your bank or through a mortgage broker. Once approved, payments are then made to the builder on a staged drawdown basis via your solicitor, supported by valuations provided at industry standard milestones within the build programme.

Transparency

The whole process provides transparency for both the home owner, the legal adviser and the lender.

It's your choice

Aurum can do as much or as little of the internal build management process and procedures as you wish or require.
